TokPull is designed as a minimal TikTok downloader. We avoid accounts, payments, and long-term user profiles in v1.
Information we process
When you submit a download, TokPull processes the TikTok URL, your IP address for rate limiting, the Turnstile verification token, and basic request metadata needed to protect the service.
Recent download history is stored only in your browser localStorage. TokPull v1 does not create user accounts or store personal download libraries.
Anti-abuse services
TokPull uses Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that a real browser is making the request and Upstash Redis to enforce short-term and daily fair-use limits.
These safeguards exist to prevent automated abuse and to keep the shared downloader infrastructure stable.
File retention
Downloaded files are short-lived and may be removed from the downloader server during routine cleanup. Do not treat TokPull as permanent storage.
